Do you ship flowers or chocolates to other states or countries?

Unfortunately we currently are only excepting delivery orders within a 10 mile radius of our store. (1434 W. Glenoaks Blvd Glendale, CA 91201)

We do offer free delivery on addresses that are in a 3 mile radius of the store. 

You can also choose to pick up from our store.

How to take care of the foiled chocolates and boxed chocolates?

Chocolates do have a longer shelf life then most sweets. But we still need to make sure to take care of them. 

Please follow these instructions to ensure your chocolates stay fresh: 

  • Please keep the chocolates that are not being eaten indoors, away from any direct sunlight. 
  • The chocolates can be kept in room temperature or in the refrigerator.

How many truffles qualify for delivery?

If truffles are ordered with a flower arrangement then there is no minimum. If you are looking to purchase only truffles there is a minimum of 12 pieces required for any sort of delivery. Lower then 12 pieces can be picked up from our store in Glendale.

How long should I expect the fresh flowers to last?

Fresh flowers are perishable. We cannot guarantee how long they will last, but caring for them will keep them fresh longer. 

Please follow these instructions: 

  • Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 
  • Keep the arrangement in a cool spot, room temperature is ideal.
  • Add a 1/2 cup of water every other day to the middle of the box.
  • Remove any flowers that are perishing. Some flowers last longer than others by removing those that are perishing it will help the others stay fresh longer.

How long do the everlasting roses last

Everlasting roses can last from 6 months up to a year.

Please follow these instructions:

  • Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 
  • Do not water them. 
  • Do not try to remove the roses from the box. 
  • You can dust them off from time to time with a light duster. 

Will the arrangements look exactly the same as in the photo? 

The arrangements will look very similar to the ones featured on this website. However, please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or any uncontrollable circumstances. 

Is it possible to request a delivery time? 

You can request a delivery time frame by filling in the notes box when placing your order. We will arrange to accommodate your delivery time request, however because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Los Angeles and number of deliveries, we do not guarantee deliveries at a specific time.
